Generator load bank testing
Load bank testing is essential for testing your generator package is up to scratch and functioning efficiently. It tests the capacity of the generator up to 110% max loading capability and can identify any areas that require preventative maintenance. The load bank simulates the full electrical demands of the rated set and can be done offline of any equipment that it backs up. Running at these critical loads enables any carbon deposits to be cleaned from internal engine parts.
Load bank testing enables us to provide a detailed report on:
- Cooling efficiency and performance of the radiator
- Cooling efficiency of any fuel cooler
- Cooling efficiency of the oil cooler
- Electrical system monitoring via thermal imaging camera
- Electrical system visual of gauges and meters
